Vantyx Esports took the international stage this weekend at the CDC Paris Open 2026, competing at Paris La Défense Arena in Nanterre, France, against some of the strongest Call of Duty Challengers teams in the world.
Representing Vantyx in Paris were Donkey, Ezra, Nekra, and vanIshh, who battled through a demanding bracket and delivered a strong showing for the organization on LAN.
The Paris Open brought together top amateur and semi-professional talent for a high-stakes event featuring a major prize pool, valuable Challengers points, and qualification opportunities for the CDC Finals. For Vantyx, the weekend was another important step forward as the organization continued to prove itself on a bigger stage.
Vantyx opened the tournament with a strong first-round performance, defeating Unlimited_Aogiri 2–0 to begin its winners bracket run. The clean opening victory gave the team early momentum and showed that Vantyx was ready to compete under the pressure of LAN play.
In the second round, Vantyx faced ROC Esports, one of the top teams in the tournament field. Vantyx pushed ROC to the limit in a tightly contested series, but ultimately fell 2–1. While the loss moved Vantyx into the elimination side of the bracket, the performance made clear that the team could stand toe-to-toe with elite Challengers competition.
Once in the losers bracket, Vantyx responded with resilience.
Facing elimination, Donkey, Ezra, Nekra, and vanIshh bounced back with a 2–0 win over DWN to keep the Paris run alive. Vantyx followed that with one of its most convincing performances of the weekend, sweeping Treaty1 Gaming 3–0 and continuing its push through the bracket.
The run eventually came to an end against OMNiA x Stallions, who defeated Vantyx 3–0. Despite the loss, Vantyx finished the event with multiple wins, valuable LAN experience, and a clear demonstration of the team’s ability to reset, respond, and compete deep into a major Challengers bracket.
The final placement only tells part of the story. Vantyx opened with a clean win, challenged a top opponent in ROC Esports, and then showed composure in the elimination bracket with back-to-back victories. That combination of preparation, resilience, and competitive fire gives the organization plenty to build on moving forward.
For Vantyx Esports, Paris was more than a tournament appearance. It was a statement that the team belongs in high-level Challengers competition and is continuing to grow with every opportunity on the international stage.
